Something about me.

My passion for workplace design and workplace experience started in New York City where I designed office spaces of several start up companies and created unique and exciting onboarding processes to increase employee engagement.  Moving back to Los Angeles, I was one of the pioneer employees of the breakout brand – Nasty Gal (www.nastygal.com) where I was the Director of Office Operations.  I facilitated the formation of the Nasty Gal Culture that was beneficial to the fast growth of the company from 12 employees in 2011 to more than 200 employees when I left in 2014.  I also managed the design and implementation of the 55,000 square feet Nasty Gal Headquarters in Downtown Los Angeles, that increased interaction and culture development among employees.

I moved on to being the Director of People and Culture of Daily Look (www.dailylook.com), Senior Manager, Workplace Experience for Headspace (www.headspace.com), and  most recently, the Regional Manager, Facilities and Workplace Services for Uber West Coast (www.uber.com).  I took on multi-faceted role in the different companies to provide top-notch workplace services for employees with an emphasis on excellent employee experience, cultural development, and driving people engagement around the company brand, direction, and mission.

I am currently leading the buildout of Honey's (www.joinhoney.com) 130K square feet HQ in Downtown Los Angeles / Arts District. With the main goal of integrating organization development and company values into office space build out to ensure highly productive and enjoyable workplace with happy & engaged employees.

I am very passionate about realizing the vision of the workplace and employee experience to develop a curated design style, great looking space, effective functionality and increased people engagement.
